About

I started working with glass in 2010 & bought my first kiln.

I have become increasingly passionate about glass as a material, and in pushing my knowledge and skills as far as possible.

I draw inspiration from the world about me, not only the natural world, but also humanity.

I love playing with colour, light and experimenting with new techniques, combining them together to make individual pieces.

I began a cast glass course at WAES in 2013 and instantly loved working in 3D, doing Btechs 1, 2 and 3. I want to do much more and so have set up my own casting studio.

Before this I spent 17 years in Education, working with children who had special needs, both behavioural and physical.

I now really enjoy teaching others glass skills in my studio and seeing them become inspired by the material.
